I bought some jewelry for my girlfriend at Ebay on Monday and has not yet arrived. I live near Ottawa and the shipping company is back in Canada. I am not a tracking number in mind. I need it for tomorrow.

This is something that must be paid to the seller. When he sent? Must specify the tracking number. How was it sent? Package courier or normal? I hope you get it tomorrow, but the odds are not in their favor. Add your GF a note and tell him to come. Oh - and the concomitant change with a bottle of champagne and a sprig of mistletoe and a lottery ticket.
It depends on who has sent in which the seller, but I have a package of Ontario on the island last week by mail and received within 5 days. I am also in Ontario, and usually I receive e-mails from Mississauga / GTA area, within 1 business day. Take it to the seller.
Since your question asked four days ago, I thought it was for the moment.
