Sun Hat Shops In Scotland Is The Sun After 6.00pm "safer" Than The Middle Of The Day?

Is the sun after 6.00pm "safer" than the middle of the day? - sun hat shops in scotland

It's summer here in Australia and I am always very careful to minimize exposure to sunlight, the daughter of my son 16 months to avoid for us to play outside in the middle of the day (11-3) and if you look between 3pm and 6pm bring sunscreen and a hat, but when we went to 6pm rarely worry about sunscreen and a hat, because I said that afternoon, the sun is good for them, through the production of vitamin D in the skin.

Anyway, today I went to the Cancer Council shop in search of some SUNGALSSES baby for her and the woman told me that sun exposure is safe, and will never be allowed to Sun Sun without full protective clothing (hat, sunscreen, sun protective clothing ), sunglasses.

So now I'm confused and I wonder whether someone has the answer here, or if anyone knows of websites, but I can say with me, looking for the answer !!!!!

Sigh! Cancer Society, they can spend more. Have you ever abused the latest medical information is not know from the public, for fear? Use to protect ALL the time is worse than not using, and prevent the exposure for vitamin D really careful skin cancer.

Yes, that is after the 6.00 much less harmful than half of the day. I would not worry about half an hour or two at least in the night without sunscreen, they are very, very white skin, should be reduced in this case the period.

I'd be more worried about all the chemicals that is constantly being added to sunscreen products through the skin. More protection from the sun can have a weekness not.
A degree of sun exposure must be good.

Yes, here (America) is the strongest 11-2. There is a big difference. But you and your baby girl always have sunscreen. True. :)

If you look at the sun at its strongest when it is above, so it is reasonable for you is the most UV light, the police, at noon and a few hours per page. When the sun is low on the horizon is usually much lower (heat and UV rays).

As children, their skin is more sensitive and therefore vulnerable to damage from sunlight. But people are able to absorb a certain amount of sunlight, thanks to the millions of years of evolution (unless you have) a disease.

The Cancer Council are pushing their own agenda, to ask something, like a traffic police about speeding, etc. pinch of salt if you?

However, always try to limit exposure to UV is, as far as possible the clothing, Sunnies, play in the shade, clothing, sunscreen, etc., whenever possible, but not save a slave, or very difficult, and it is easy to home stay for the rest of his life (where the policeman UV balloons new energy-efficient, but one for another time ..)

In short, use common sense.
